BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Having everything ready for your appointment is essential for a smooth notarization.  Besides having the document to be notarized complete and ready, you need a current Identification.  See below for the list of ID’s that are acceptable.

Have your Identification Ready!

  • CA Driver License
  • CA ID
  • Military ID
  • U.S. Passport
  • Mexican Driver’s license
  • Inmate ID Card issued by CA Department of Corrections
  • Foreign passport stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration services

If you can’t provide a current ID, you can still have your documents notarized, just bring a credible witnesses who personally knows you with his/her current ID.  A credible witness is someone who swears or affirms that the person signing the document is the person named on the document.

Note: The name on the ID should be the same as the name in the document.

Para tener una cita rapida y eficiente tienes que tener tus documentos listos y una identificación actual.

Aqui esta una lista de las identificaciones que son aceptadas.

  • Licencia de Manejo de California
  • Identificacion de California
  • Identificacion Militar
  • Licencia de Manejo Mexicana
  • Identification de recluso, emitida por el Departamento de Correcciones de CA
  • Un pasaporte extranjero estampado por el Servicio de Inmigración de los E.U.

Note: El nombre en la Identificacion debera ser el mismo nombre en el documento para notarizar.
